The digital display will blink between time and temp does not beep when time expires. With the clear lid and body, you can easily monitor the progress of your dehydrating. The chimney-like center allows for better air flow and helps with uniform drying. Includes 5 stack-able PS (polystyrene) plastic out-clear mesh trays, a clear lid and a plastic base with stainless steel wrap. There is also a fan at the bottom and in the center. Don't have to remove trays or lid to check readiness.
